Julie: Expecting Paige Elizabeth

Julie is expecting a baby girl next month, which is extremely exciting! What's not so exciting, is she has gone through most of her pregnancy away from her husband. Her husband is currently serving in the military and stationed in Korea. Fortunately he is schedule to come home the week before their baby girl is due and will have some time at home with Julie and Paige before he has to go back. Julie is a strong woman to go through pregnancy without her husband around! She is blessed to have her family and friends close by to keep her company and help her out along the way.

Sean & Michelle: Baby Bump

You know when you buy a new yellow car...and suddenly everywhere you go you see the same yellow car? Well that's how I feel right now...except not with a yellow car...but with the fact that I am carrying a baby. Since the day I saw those two lines on that pregnancy test I feel like everywhere I go, I see pregnant women. And this makes me happy because it helps me to see past the bloating and the morning sickness, to the part of pregnancy that many women actually enjoy!

Seeing Michelle with her cute belly made me really really excited for the next few months! And seeing Michelle with her sweet husband Sean and their dog Riley made me really excited to be starting a family.

Michelle and Sean, you two are beyond adorable together and in the hour I spent with the two of you it was so apparent how much fun you have together!

















I just want to draw a thought bubble above Riley's head here that says, "Get a room!"








Thank you both so much for allowing me to capture such a special time in your lives! I can't wait to see pictures of your baby girl!!! :)

Baby Bump: Adam & Michelle

To my mother and mother in law who are both jumping out of their seats right now racing to your cell phones to call and yell at me because you can't believe this is the way we would tell you we we are pregnant....relax. It's not us.

Michelle and I met back in college. We were in the same pledge class in our sorority at Rolla. During our pledge retreat we realized we had more in common than just pledging Chi Omega. After everyone went to bed the two of us stayed up chatting, the entire night. We were both dating our high school sweet hearts...both of which are named Adam. I left home and followed my Adam to Rolla, while Michelle left Rolla to be with her Adam at home. Now they are married and expecting a baby girl in June who they are naming Millie. So cute right?!

This session was the first time I had the chance to meet Adam but it was immediately obvious, Adam and Michelle are absolutely perfect for one another! They are so much fun to be around and at the end of our time together my face hurt from laughing.

















Not only are they sweet...but they are one goooood lookin couple.





Our original plans of shotting at Forest Park were quickly changed due to rain. However, after some indoor photos at Ameristar the rain stopped so we headed to Main Street. When Michelle pulled out an umbrella and asked, "would this be cute?" I was super excited...because duh. It's adorable.






Michelle, it was so great to see you again after all of these years, and Adam it was so nice to finally meet you! I am so happy for the two of you and so excited to see you start this next chapter in your lives as you become parents. You two are going to be a fabulous mommy and daddy to Millie. Thank you both for being so much fun and for being the sweet couple you are!
...And who knows, maybe one day we will have a little girl, and name her Millie...why break the trend now?

Baby Bump: Maggie+Danny+Jack

I could have taken Maggie and Danny's photos all day, even in the freezing cold. We walked around forest park, gabbing and laghing the entire way. Maggie told me about what it was like to grow up with Erin (one of my dearest friends, sorority sisters, old room mate, and a bridesmaid in my wedding). She told me about her recent trip to Hogwarts, which I am super jealous of. We laughed about Danny's obsession with Michigan state, and the fact that I thought they were a football team.

Maggie's teaches 4th grade, and I'm certain she makes a class full of students excited to learn with her with her bubbly personality and contagious laugh. Jack is going to be one lucky guy, with two parents who love him dearly.

Maggie, you and your baby bump are GORGEOUS!

And my favorite from the day thanks to Danielle.

Maggie and Danny, thank you for putting up with what probably seemed like a 3 mile hike. I was simply trying to get Jack to make his big debut...so much for that labor inducing theory.

I had so much fun with you two and I can not wait for Jack to get here! See you both very soon!
